House rules
Please read our house rules carefully. By making a reservation, you agree to the rules outlined in the house rules section.
1. Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in time is at 16:00 unless otherwise discussed with the host, and check-out time is at 10:30 unless agreed upon differently.

2. No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our accommodations.

3. Pets Policy:
Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional fees may apply.

4. Parties:
To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, parties and excessive noise or music are not allowed.
5. Lost or Damaged Items:
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
6. Towels and Linen:
Each guest is provided with fresh linens and towels, including one large towel, one small towel, and fresh bed sheets.
7. Parking:
Public parking is available nearby. Depending on the accommodation, private parking may also be provided.
8. Wi-Fi:
Free Wi-Fi is available. The house will provide you with the Wifi code a few days before arrival.
9. Emergency Procedures:
Familiarize yourself with the emergency exit routes and procedures. In case of emergency, dial 112.
10. Conduct:
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
11. House keys:
Do not share your house keys or entrance codes with others. Lost keys can be reported to the host.
12. Feedback:
We value your feedback. Please share your comments or concerns with the front desk so that we can improve our services.
